Thank you for choosing to work with me. My name is Loren Sindt, the owner and founder of Calor Business Solutions LLC. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to accommodate while maintaining fairness to all clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling or rescheduling your sessions, and any future programs and courses.

 

Individual Consultations:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice via email for canceling or rescheduling individual consultation sessions. Because these sessions are reserved specifically for you, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.​

 

Paid Consultation Calls: Consultation Fee: The $25 consultation fee covers our initial 30-minute strategy call. This fee is:

• Fully refundable if you decide our services aren't the right fit for your needs

• Applied as a credit toward your account if you choose to move forward with our services

• Non-refundable if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice

• Processed for refund within 5 business days of your cancellation request

 

Refunds & Payment Method:

• If a refund is applicable (e.g., cancellation within the allowed timeframe), it will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise arranged.

 

How to Provide Written Notice

• All cancellation notices must be sent via email to loren@calor.business to be valid.
